Our mission in this program is to develop young athletes who aspire to compete beyond the recreational level. This is for the runner who can run a mile without stopping (does not have to be fast) and who would like to develop into a more competitive runner. The program will be more focused on preparing the athlete to compete their best at the Jr. Olympic Association meet the 2nd Saturday of November. There will be three practices and they will have the choice to compete in 2-3 competitive meets (Saturdays) plus 2-3
